What we collect, why, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

This policy explains how the SCATTER789 Guide handles personal information. We follow the principles of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173): transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality.

What we collect

  • Emails you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address and message.
  • Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the Site secure and working.

We do not run accounts, newsletters or payment forms, and we do not ask for ID documents.

Cookies

The Site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you follow a link to a third-party site, that site may set its own cookies under its own policy. Affiliate tracking is explained in our affiliate disclosure.

How we use information

  • To reply to your messages and fix reported errors.
  • To keep the Site secure and diagnose technical problems.

We never sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Emails are kept for up to 12 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Server logs are kept according to our hosting provider's standard retention.

Your rights

You have the right to be informed, to access, correct or erase your data, to object to processing, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, email apanganiban@scatter789.vip.

Children

The Site is for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
